30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty and health products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Intimate apparel, underwear, and products designed to be worn directly on the skin

Digital Products — No Refund Policy All digital products, including PDF crochet patterns, are non-refundable.

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the file has been delivered to your email address.

Please consider the following before purchasing:

  • Review all product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before completing your purchase
  • Reach out to us at contact@baskelle.com if you have any questions about a pattern before buying
  • Make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to ensure successful delivery

Exceptions — Digital Products We understand that issues can arise. We will review refund requests for digital products only in the following cases:

  • The file was never delivered to your email (please check your spam folder first)
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at contact@baskelle.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.


Return Processing Time After we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds Once your return is approved after inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after approval
  • It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@baskelle.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged or defective items:
