SHIPPING & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

At Baskelle, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Physical products will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once shipped.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
Digital Products Delivery
Some products offered by Baskelle are digital products delivered electronically in PDF format. After your purchase is completed, the PDF file will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery of digital products is typically completed within a few minutes, but in some cases may take up to 24 hours depending on processing or technical issues.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at contact@baskelle.com.
No physical shipment is required for digital products, and no tracking number will be provided.

Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight and dimensions
Selected shipping method

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Baskelle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer and may incur additional charges.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to:
Customs duties and import taxes (buyer's responsibility)
Additional processing time for customs clearance

Please note that Baskelle is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Order Tracking
Once your physical order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@baskelle.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
Check with neighbors or household members
Look around your delivery location
Contact the shipping carrier
Contact us at contact@baskelle.com for assistance
Baskelle is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damaged package and items
Contact us immediately at contact@baskelle.com
Do not discard the packaging until instructed
We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
P.O. Boxes (for certain items)
Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for availability)
Freight forwarding addresses
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional processing and shipping time. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date.
